How do I reset my Client Centre password?

If you are having trouble logging in and need to rest your password click on the Lost Password Link
next to the LogIn button

You will be asked to enter your username and email address

If you get either wrong we will provide an error notification

But if you are registered as a user on our system you will see a confirmation that you have submitted a retrieve password request

We will send you an email that confirms your user name and a link to a webpage to renter your password details

If you click the link you will be taken through to a new webpage

Enter your new password (must be more than 6 characters long!) and retype and you will be logged in.
