How we use Twitter

Six Serving Men’s Twitter account is run with the aim of providing relevant and timely information which we hope you find useful. If you follow us, you can expect between 1-10 tweets per week covering:

  • Alerts about new content on our digital channels (news, events, publications, videos on YouTube etc.)
  • Invitations to provide feedback on specific issues
  • Information from our team about what they’re doing
  • Occasional live coverage of events
  • Items which we believe are of interest to our followers / stakeholders

Individual employees may have individual Twitter accounts (e.g @Stef_Elliott), which they have personal responsibility for and use to post personal as well as industry related tweets.


If you follow us at @SixServingMen we will not automatically follow you back. We will identify other key Twitter users whom we think are relevant to our industry and whom our stakeholders will find interesting. However, us following you does not imply endorsement of any kind. We also refresh who we follow on a regular basis. 

@Replies and Direct Messages

We welcome feedback and ideas from all of our followers, and endeavour to join the conversation where possible. However, we are not able to reply individually to all of the messages we receive via Twitter. If you wish to contact us regarding a specific topic we would suggest that you please email us via {{email_us}} or call us on {{call_us}}.


We will update and monitor our Twitter account regularly. Twitter may occasionally be unavailable and we accept no responsibility for lack of service due to Twitter downtime.
